Below you will find our Service Charter, designed to help you make the most of all the services available during your stay.

Management is at your disposal for any need, information, or further details regarding the property, as well as suggestions about events, itineraries, and local attractions in the surrounding area.

We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Check-in:
  From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  In case of arrival outside the indicated hours, please contact Management by phone at the number provided at the end of this document.
  Reception:
  From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  For emergencies outside these hours, please contact Management by phone.
• Wi‑Fi:
  Network: Wifi Bosco Romagno Guest
  The password is available at reception.
• Breakfast:
  From 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
• Room Cleaning:
  Daily service from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days.
  If the room is occupied during cleaning hours or is particularly untidy, the service will be carried out the following day.
  To avoid disturbing guests, please display the “Do Not Disturb” or “Please Clean the Room” sign when appropriate.
• Air Conditioning / Heating:
  These systems operate only when windows are closed, both in the bedroom and bathroom.
• Check-out:
  By 10:00 AM

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

• Please use bathroom facilities properly and responsibly, avoiding flushing any objects down the toilet. Use the bins provided in the bathrooms.
• Do not leave chargers or electrical appliances plugged in when not in use.
• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or common areas.
• The agriturismo declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended in rooms or common areas.
• In compliance with internal regulations and local ordinances, guests are kindly asked to observe quiet hours:
• from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• It is not permitted to consume meals in the rooms or use cooking appliances or hot plates.
• Hosting unregistered external guests is not allowed.
• Pets are welcome with a one-time supplement of €15 for final cleaning.
  Pets must not be left unattended in rooms or common areas. Owners are responsible for any damage caused to persons or property.
• Management is not responsible for any service interruptions due to electricity, water, or internet outages beyond its control.
• No refunds are provided in the event of early departure.

SWIMMING POOL RULES

Opening Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Use of the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for guests of the property.

• As there is no lifeguard on duty, access is permitted only to guests over 13 years of age and to persons with disabilities if accompanied.
• The pool depth is 1.40 m throughout.
• The following are not permitted:
• diving;
• running along the poolside;
• smoking;
• consuming food or drinks on the pool deck;
• breath-holding activities;
• bringing animals into the pool area;
• bringing bottles, glass objects, or materials unrelated to swimming;
• using the pool during bad weather or thunderstorms.
• Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
• Entering the water after applying sunscreen or hair oils is not permitted.
• Management declines all responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to comply with these regulations.
• As required by current regulations, the use of swimwear is mandatory.
• Pool towels must be returned to reception at check-out.
• A charge of €20 will apply for non-returned towels.
